In conjunction with several of the World's major Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical processing companies, Electrix has introduced a new product range to help reduce Health & Safety issues, as well as major hygiene problems.

ENCLOSURE CLEANING

Problem - Typically, enclosures installed in wet areas are fitted with external wall fixings, which add to the never ending list of cleaning problems within the processing industries.

Historically, enclosure manufacturers have failed to provide reliable methods of fixing enclosures to walls and machines without having a detrimental effect to the IP Rating and cleaning of the enclosure, resulting in the use of 'difficult to clean' external brackets.

Solution - To eliminate the problems caused by external brackets, many of the enclosures offered by Electrix are manufactured with a unique method of securing the enclosure to a wall or machine.

The new enclosures incorporate unique internal sealed compartment fixing receptacles, capable of withstanding pressures of up to 1000 PSI, with no loss of IP Rating.

All of the problems associated with cleaning standard external fixing brackets are eliminated!

Having been in several meetings and conference calls with processing industry leaders, our design team have designed an IP66 Stainless Steel Enclosure fitted with a Waterproof Interlocked Switch and Industrial Socket.

The new design has been approved by several Worldwide processing companies who regard Electrix as their preferred supplier.

Following the success of our newly launched UK and EURO Websites, we have now introduced a US website for English speaking customers wishing to receive quotations and place orders in US dollars.

The new website contains details of every standard product manufactured by Electrix.

Visitors are able to request a quotation by adding the items they require to a Quote Basket. They can then log in to their secure area and send their Basket to Electrix. A member of our Sales Team will then calculate our very best discounted prices, based on the quantities required and send these back as a quotation. They then have the option to purchase the goods on their account or by proforma invoice.

We are currently developing an online payment system for non-UK credit cards.

Visitors will have the option of saving their delivery address in an address book so they can be easily contacted at a later date. They also have the option of saving the quote or shopping list to their computer so they can upload it when they are ready to place their order.

As well as being able to view all of our products online, visitors can download our Brochures, Terms & Conditions and Credit Application Forms from the Download area.
